Association Membership Benefits

  1. Membership for one year in the LWA.
  2. No monthly meeting fees for one attendee representing the named business.
  3. Gold listing on the LWA web site in one category.
  4. Inclusion on the vendor list of the LWA Wedding Planner book and additional advertising discounts.
  5. Open networking at the monthly meetings. Opportunity to get to know a wide variety of wedding vendors.
  6. More credibility with Brides because of our Code of Excellence. The right to use the LWCA member logo on your web or print.
  7. Opportunity to display your products or services at each meeting.
  8. Opportunity to speak at a LWA meeting.
  9. Local advertising of the Association to brides – print and web.

Association Membership Requirements

  1. Any business that is outside the criteria for a wedding vendor may make application for membership.
  2. Fill out the application form and pay the annual fee of $395.00. $25.00 is a non-refundable application fee.
  3. Sign the Code of Excellence Statement.
  4. Declaration of one primary category for representation.
  5. Acceptance by the LWA Executive Board. If not accepted, all but $25 of the application fee will be returned.
  6. Attendance at an Ethics presentation within 3 months of joining.
