  1. Applicant company must provide a product or service directly for the wedding rehearsal, preparations, ceremony, reception, honeymoon, bachelor or bachelorette party.
  2. Fill out the application form and pay the annual fee of $295.00. $25.00 is a non-refundable application fee.
  3. Sign the Code of Excellence Statement.
  4. Declaration of at least one category as a wedding vendor.
  5. Acceptance by the LWA Executive Board. If not accepted, all but $25 will be returned.
  6. Attendance to at least 9 meetings per year by the company’s representative.
  7. Attendance at an Ethics presentation within 3 months of joining.
