Mirabelle Gourmet Catering is family-owned and operated. Owner and chef, Gregoire Guiot, has been working in the industry for over 25 years. Born in the Lorraine/Vosges area of France, Greg began his apprenticeship at age of fourteen, studying under world class pastry chefs in Auxerre and Paris. Mirabelle Gourmet Catering is dedicated to working with only the finest, freshest quality ingredients available. Mirabelle Gourmet Catering has a large selection of menus to choose from; suitable for any formal or casual event. Chef Greg provides the same care and attention to detail to all of his client’s events; whether it is a small celebratory cocktail party or a wedding reception with hundreds of friends and family members. Customers may browse through a selection of suggested menus, or create a custom menu based on the needs and vision of their event.
